Website Services
Updates
Submit update requests via email or text. Content updates usually take 1-3 business days, while new pages may take 7-10 days.
Blog, Portfolio & Job Listings
Level 2 & Level 3 clients can send materials to Maritime for posting on their blog, portfolio, or job listing pages. We handle updates and posting, but members must provide the written content.
Change Membership Plan
Clients can upgrade or downgrade their website plan anytime. Downgrading may result in loss of features. If you are at Level 1, there is no downgrade option.
Membership Cancellation
Clients can cancel their monthly plan anytime. Upon cancellation, the client's website will be taken down but can be reactivated if the membership is reinstated.
Website Hosting
Maritime is not responsible for any website hosting-related issues but will work with our hosting provider to resolve them.
Portfolio Feature
By default, client websites are featured in our portfolio of work. Clients can opt-out if they prefer.
Late Fees
A one-time late fee of 15% of the overdue balance will be applied after seven days. If payment is not received within 14 days, the website will be temporarily deactivated. Reactivation may require the settlement of the overdue balance and an additional $50 reactivation fee. Membership fees are non-refundable, and services are contingent on timely payments.

Design Queue
Design requests are completed one at a time. You can prioritize your projects as needed.
Turnaround Times
Our local design team aims to meet reasonable design times. Turnaround times may vary based on demand.
Social Media Services
Account Credentials
Your account credentials are stored securely in 1Password. Maritime isn’t responsible for technical or security issues related to 1Password.
Public Relations
Maritime isn’t responsible for PR or media coverage linked to social media activities approved by the member.
Posting Frequency
The frequency of post is a target. Actual frequency may change.
Content Services
Media Ownership
Clients own their edited photos and videos upon delivery. If membership is canceled, the member retains ownership of edited materials. Raw files are stored temporarily, and Maritime can provide these upon request.
Production Scheduling
Production days should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, based on the availability of photographers or videographers.
Production Time
We operate Monday - Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Half-day shoots include up to 3 hours of active production time on site. Unused time does not carry over.
Production Travel
Pricing applies to the Southwest Florida area. We can travel for shoots, with clients covering mileage at $0.95/mile or airfare and accommodation costs for distant locations.
Content Delivery
Deliverables are provided via Google Drive.
